Yes, this is normal. Lamp automaticly shuts off when placed on charger for optimal recharging.
When the lamp is completely discharged, it needs approximately 7 to 8 hours to fully recharge.
No, no matter the battery level, you can recharge at any given moment.
We recomment that you recharge every 3 months when you do not use the lamp. This to avoid that the lamp drains its own battery.
The lamp is best cleaned using a slightly damp cloth, do not use agressive - alcohol based substances.
Yes, all our lamps are rated IP52, meaning they are dust- and rain resistant.
A problem is covered under warranty if it affects the functionality of the lamp and the lamp has not been damaged or dropped.
All parts of ImagiLights lamps are replaceable, including the battery.
Yes, all parts can be replaced by the customer. We send the replacement part, and with the help of an instructional video, you can replace the part yourself.

Yes, if the lamp no longer operates for a sufficient duration or does not turn on at all, the battery can be replaced.

Yes, all plastics and metals are approved for island use, all parts are salt spray tested. All metal parts are resistent to rusting, oxidizing and decolorizing. All lamps hold a high UV-protection.
